What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are as follows.
  • [Screen Printing] 50 pcs or more, per one-color design
  • [DTG/DTF/HTV] 20 pcs or more
How long does production take?
It varies with our production schedule and job complexity — on average 1–2 weeks.
Can you make samples?
Every job starts with a sample before full production. Sample cost varies with design size, number of colors and ink coverage.
Can I visit for a consultation?
Weekdays 10:00–18:00 (closed Sat, Sun and holidays) — book a visit by phone, email or DM.
How are screen fees calculated?
Screen fees are calculated per color (one screen per color) as follows.
  • Left chest : 30,000 KRW
  • A4 : 40,000 KRW
  • A3 : 50,000 KRW
  • For sizes beyond A3, please contact us.
How do I choose garments?
Browse the BLANKS category and choose your items. During an in-person consultation you can try products on and check sizes and colors.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes. However, ONEART is not responsible for stains or damage to customer-supplied garments or cut pieces. Please also send extra pieces for size checks and sample testing.
How do payment and delivery work?
Bank transfer (tax invoices and cash receipts available) and card payments are accepted.
For delivery, choose from courier, quick service (motorcycle courier) or pickup.
  • Free courier shipping on orders of 1,000,000 KRW or more (Seoul and metropolitan area only)
  • Quick service delivery is paid on delivery.
